It is our intention to keep shipping charges as low as possible. We've selected the services that offer the best combination of speed, reliability and value. Please allow up to five business days for the packing and processing of your order.

Budget Service* (For packages under 1 lb in the US)

UPS Ground Service

*Budget Service uses UPS Mail Innovation which is a UPS/USPS hybrid economy service available on orders up to one pound in the USA and four pounds Internationally. UPS carries the package to your local post office who completes the delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing UPS Ground or Expedited Service.
 
If you're outside the USA, and you don't see your country when you go to check out, please email or call us and we will either activate your country in our system or get you a shipping quote. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and duties from the respective country.

Please Note: We're not responsible if the carrier requires a signature and no one is there to sign for the goods, or if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us. In these cases, or if a delivery can't be made to your shipping location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned, we will need to charge additional shipping fees to resend the order. If you believe your order is missing but the carrier can provide delivery confirmation, we will be unable to send a replacement and you must take up the issue with the carrier.
