Seems my 7 Year Pen ran out of ink short of 7 years. What can I do?

If you feel your pen was not up to snuff, contact us! Please note: our pens contain a large ink supply and are made from high-quality components, but they can get clogged with residue from certain papers -- particularly plastic-coated receipt paper. We want your pen to last as long as you do, so contact us about a replacement ink cartridge before throwing it out.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We'll need 2-3 business days to gather the goods, pack 'em up and get 'em out the door. Oftentimes, if we receive your order on Monday thru Thursday morning, we can get it out the same day. But due to stock levels, energy levels, coffee consumption levels, things can take a little longer.

Can seltzergoods.com expedite my order?

If possible we will accommodate rush orders. We're, of course, limited by our shipping carriers, etc. But if it's Monday through Thursday, early in the day, there's a good chance we can bump you to the front of the line.

How about returns?

Honestly, we rarely get returns. But if your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll arrange for a replacement or a refund. We do want you to be HAPPY! Exchange for a different size may also be made on apparel items, if they're returned in new condition. Seltzer does not take returns on personalized or custom orders.

I have a PO Box. Can you get me my goods?

Yes, that's not a problem.

Can I order from outside the USA?

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: We ship to countries all over the world. Including Canada, Nearly all EU countries, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is available at checkout, we will ship to you. If located elsewhere, please contact us for a shipping quote.

What about security?

Most people have some insecurity about security. But rest assured, your transactions, including all credit card numbers and personal information are encrypted using industry best practices.

Do you charge sales tax?

If you're ordering to the state of North Carolina, we're required to charge sales tax. The rest of the country will not be charged sales tax. (You hear that Wyoming, stock up!)
