Shipping and Returns

How Long Does it Take to Get My Order?


We’ve selected services that offer the best combination of speed, reliability and value


Your Options:

Standard Shipping usually takes 2 days processing and 3-6 days in transit. USA only. Your package will be delivered by FedEx Ground or your local postal service. Processing time may go up to 5 days during peak holiday seasons, especially November/December.

Premium Shipping usually takes 2 days processing and 2-4 days in transit. USA only. Your package will be delivered by USPS Priority Mail (or First Class Mail if your package weighs less than one pound) Processing time may go up to 5 days during peak holiday seasons, especially November/December.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Tennessee.


Please Note: USPS, FedEx, and DHL don’t guarantee delivery dates or times. Your package may travel to its destination via ground, air, or a combination of both.



How Much Does Shipping Cost?


Standard Shipping is free for USA orders over $55, and it's a flat rate of $8.95 for orders under $55.

Premium shipping begins at $8.95 and is calculated by weight and zone (determined by the postal service).



International Shipping



International Standard Shipping usually takes 2 days processing and 7-12 days in transit. Your package will be delivered by DHL or your local postal service. Processing time may go up to 5 days during peak holiday seasons, especially November/December. This service is calculated by weight and zone.



Returns


Should you need to return an item, please reach us by using the Contact Us link. You will receive a return authorization code to send the item(s) back.

Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method or a gift certificate will be issued. We’ll do our best to make sure you're satisfied with your Seltzer goods order!

Food and bath items cannot be returned.

We are unable to accept exchanges at this time.

Important Shipping Notes



We are not responsible if:

The carrier requires a signature and no one is there to sign for the package.

The carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us.

A delivery can't be made to your shipping location due to an incomplete address.



*In these cases, we will need to charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.*

If you believe your order is missing but the carrier can provide delivery confirmation, you will need to take up the issue with the carrier.
