Please allow 2-3 business days for the packing and processing of your order. During holidays, please allow up to 5 business days. All orders will ship from New Hampshire.

If you are outside the USA and you don't see your country when you go to check out, please email or call us and we will either activate your country in our system or get you a shipping quote. International customers will be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes or fees.
Please Note: We are not responsible if the carrier requires a signature and no one is there to sign for the goods, or if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us. In these cases, or if a delivery can't be made to your shipping location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned, we will need to charge additional shipping fees to resend the order. If you believe your order is missing but the carrier can provide delivery confirmation, we will be unable to send a replacement and you must take up the issue with the carrier.
